Shipping Policy

At Nofretia, we want your order to reach you as smoothly as possible. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Times
Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: 7–14 business days
  • United Kingdom & Europe: 7–14 business days
  • Canada: 8–15 business days
  • Rest of world: 10–20 business days

Please note: some of our products contain a lithium battery, which may occasionally require additional handling time for international shipping regulations. This does not affect the safety of your product.

Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Shipping Delays
While we do everything we can to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier volume, weather, or other events outside our control. We appreciate your patience.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges vary by country — please check with your local customs office for more information.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Nofretia is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@nofretia.com and we'll do our best to update it before the order ships.

Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first. If the issue isn't resolved, contact us at support@nofretia.com within 7 days and we'll investigate.
